Speaker 1:

Wow, you really tried to ruin her, even though she's evil. And yeah, you're really gonna leave here. That's real cute, phillip, okay, you're not step-grandpa, you're not pat-pat, you're not pa-pa, you're gonna be the replacement guy, mr Angela. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, welcome. A welcome back to Soap4, the official gathering place for newbies, novices and OD die-hard fans of the Golden Age of Primetime.

Speaker 1:

I'm your host, jed A'Shay, viewing and reviewing the soapy, suddiest primetime storylines of season three of three iconic soaps Dynasty, dallas and Falcon Crest. Today is a Falcon Crest type of day. We are jumping into the finale of the incredible season three. We've been up, we've been down, we've been in, we've been out. It's been a little boring, it's been a whole lot interesting and we're gonna come to the heroine inclusion of this iconic soap. So, whether you're new to this or true to this, sit back and enjoy. Tell the kids listen, I really don't have a patience today. Play outside or outside. Tell bae no questions, suggestions. We're at the time for the next 25 to 35 hours, 45 minutes, who knows? Tell everyone else in air shot. Be cool, be quiet. Do not talk to me, don't look at me, don't ask me for any reports, because I don't have anything to give you for the next 45 minutes. I am enjoying my stories. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, this is the finale episode of Soapwork. What's up party people? We have finally made it to the promised land. We are at the finish line of season three.

Speaker 1:

I did the math 24 plus 25 plus 28 is 77. That's right 77 episodes of iconic soapery. And I'm glad I did it. I'm really glad I did it. And I have to be completely transparent with you guys. I do this for fun. This is my way of escaping, this is my way of just kind of vibing After a long, hard day. I definitely work a full-time job, I definitely have responsibilities in my real life, so I like to kind of disconnect in a way. That's not gonna make me feel bad about it later. Ie Real Housewives of Don't get into it, because I still love the Real Housewives, do not forget that. But this is a lot more fun. I can't believe it's been 77 episodes, full disclosure. I have finished each finale.

Speaker 1:

I've had a theory before it kind of came to fruition. I think the end of season one, beginning of season two, has started to see a little bit of copycatery, dude, when I tell you season threes finales are all about fast, so I don't know if I'm gonna talk about it in this episode or if we're gonna do it in the how to have a successful season three episode. Either way, just know these guys are very, very close. Borrowing storyline here, borrowing an archetype there, it is what it is. We gotta talk about Falcon and Christ because it is freshest on my mind. When last we left, julia appeared to have been deceased. Seems like she succumbed to the fire at the spring house. The entire cast damn near watched her burn to a crisp in the spring house and this episode picks up with it. It seems to be within the same week of that.

Speaker 1:

Grab yourself something. You know when it's a special occasion you do, you grab whatever makes you feel special. If you were doing dishes while you do this, I respected listen. I listen to podcasts and do all kinds of crazy things, so I'm glad you decided to tune in. Also, we are worldwide. I am so excited for the little podcast that could. We are growing exponentially day by day. I'm having so much fun with this. It's so much fun to see who's listening, who's not. But we are worldwide and understand that sometimes my take, I realize, is very much from an American point of view. Take it or leave that. Take it with a grain of salt.

Speaker 1:

Let's jump into season three, episode 28,. The finale of Falcon Crest, called Ashes to Ashes. Let's go ahead and read the synopsis. All right, ashes to Ashes. The Channings and the Diabetes prepare to depart to Italy to scatter Julius Ashes. A tree of the takes a perilous turn when the cartel dot, dot dot. This episode runs circa 1984, which is slightly later than Dynasty. I feel like Dynasty in this. I can't remember who started first. I think Dynasty started January of 1982, falcon Crest came in at the end of the year. So I'm assuming their seasons kind of run in that same thing. Dynasty will start again at the beginning of 1983, where Falcon Crest starts at the beginning of the end of 1983. So they're running simultaneously, but not really.

Speaker 1:

If you know what I'm saying, I'm not super surprised. I'm still very much convinced that Julia is alive, because none of us actually saw her die. Of course I'm not gonna set a woman on fire on national television. She's not gonna do that. But why not be skeptical, right? If we haven't learned anything in three seasons, it is do not believe it. You believe what you. What's that saying? Don't believe what you hear and only believe half of what you see. I think that's a good stance to take within a primetime binge. It's so proper. And also I do believe I thought that on this episode they were definitely going abroad. I thought it was in search of Miss Lynch. It appears they're going to Italy to respect Julia's wishes. Either way, a trip abroad is always an interesting take. Now, I don't know if I have a lot of experience with this within a soap opera or a primetime show, period drama or otherwise, but definitely use a lineals Gen X, whatever. Anyone who woke up to watch Save by the Bell every morning on TBS, you know what I'm saying. When they took that summer off, they always went somewhere. They went to the beach house, they were on the beach or were working at the beach place for the summer. So it's always kind of a fun thing to change the scenery a little bit, but you should expect a lot of surprises. In my mind, this is a studio's way of allowing some of the actors to do other projects and introduce new characters. They can spin off on other shows, but either way, it's always a good time.

Speaker 1:

Let's jump into Ashes to Ashes. Not surprisingly, everyone is reeling from Julia's death. In one way or another, angela proves to be the true emotional gangster. Despite her lovey-dovey-ness, despite her sudden interest in being a mother, despite her worry for her daughter, she does not have the ability to cry. She's not going to cry. She's not going to ruin her makeup or the perm. It is what it is, but I'm just saying her heart is heavy. Emma seems to have inherited some of that. She's not able to cry, and we know this as much because Angela is discussing it with Philip and she's discussing it with the priest. She feels like Emma would be in a better place if she could just express her grief. However, she's not able to do that. So Cole comes over to offer his condolences, and it's a weird position because obviously Cole probably felt away that Julia had kidnapped his son, but no one and I do mean no one on Falconcrest wanted to see her die. It is weighing heavy on everyone's heart.

Speaker 1:

Now, chase, because of whatever his position is city, council, city, whatever he is somehow privy to the privilege of being at the scene of the crime to oversee the operation. Forensic team has arrived. They are digging through the ashes, trying basically to find some remnants of Julia. They need something so that they can pronounce her dead or deceased for all intents and purposes. Now the press is beating down Angela's door. She shoes him off, they run to the crime scene or the scene of the spring house and Richard shows up just in time. Now these reporters happen to work for him. He's not having it. He's his sister and Chase.

Speaker 1:

Kind of thought Richard would exploit the situation. But Richard's like no, no, no, no, no, no. I only have so much family. It's so interesting to see this towards the end of the season. You see how much a family means to him. Richard literally is little boy, little lost boy, blue. He has nowhere, he has no home. His mother, he didn't really know her until she died. His father was never in his life.

Speaker 1:

He was killed at the end of season one or he died. He dropped dead in the courthouse like just the coward he was, I guess, dropped. I'm sorry, I don't mean that he dropped dead at the end of season one. Richard's adoptive father was not important enough for Richard to take his name, but he was a menace. So it seems that he valued even the thinly veiled relationship he had with his sisters. He loves and adores Emma, and he seemed to have cares for Julia and didn't want to see her go off this way. It didn't seem like anybody did. Anyway, when the reporters come trying to dig up extra dirt, richard is absolutely not having it. He removes a film from their camera and gives them the day off and is like yo no, this ain't the place, don't play with me, or me and mine.

Speaker 1:

Meanwhile, back at the castle, shania Linda is listening to the news alongside Maggie, joseph and Cole. It's odd that in 1984 they would be listening to the radio instead of watching the television, with that's what they're doing. It's just another opportunity for Melissa to stop by. Now. This is a hard place to be in. I'm so glad I'm not in this place IRL. I know a lot of people go with this.

Speaker 1:

When you split up a family, when people get divorced, especially when you get married really young and then you divorce really young, you're going to have another family, so you're going to have to learn to adapt to that. Now Shania Linda is handling this well. She loves Joseph. It's very clear that she considers him her son. But the relationship between Melissa and Cole is complicated because Cole, because of this incident, is giving Melissa privileges that he isn't running by Shania Linda and instead of handling his marriage like a mate, what he does is he gets pissed when she's like oh, you didn't tell me it was cool for Melissa to come over. The relationship stops by, presumably unannounced. Only the truth is Cole had invited her, but Shania Linda is like you didn't tell me that. And instead of him being like, oh, let me work this out, he's like well, you can just go home if you want. She's like fine, I'll go home, tosses her the key to the Jeep and leaves it's a whole mess.

Speaker 1:

No one is taking the death well, especially Lance. Now, as y'all know, if you listen, I am so embarrassed. Let me just say this I kind of assumed it would be a matter of time. Like the character is just kind of dumb, so I'm like he's not that cute. But for whatever reason, lendro Lomis Larenzo Lomas, aka Larenegade, spent a little time in the gym, bought a little more baby oil or glycerin or Vaseline I don't know what he uses, but he's always glistening for no reason, and this haircut and his sudden attitude and acting chops has me paying attention. He has robbed my subconscious somehow. I don't know how this happened, but he's sorry, lost focus.

Speaker 1:

Lance, julia's son, is not taking this. Well Now, unbeknownst to him, julia had slipped a letter into Joseph's pocket before she surrendered him over to his family. Cole found it and he decided to bring it by the house and admitted that he must have had it by now. Angela and Emma and Philip, hoping that they would pass it on over to uh, to Lance. Luckily, this happened when the priest was there visiting and consoling Angela. He's like if you want to build a good family, you're gonna have to build trust. This is the first step. Do not open that letter. I repeat, do not open that letter under any circumstances, before Lance has a chance to do so.

Speaker 1:

Lance has been running amok all over the valley. He's sweaty and I didn't really think about this until I watched this episode. He's reeling because at one point I think I corrected myself at the end of the last episode he had actually picked up Julia, only the beam from the ceiling came crashing down, so he wasn't able to carry her out. So he's not only reeling from the death of his mother, he's reeling from the fact that he had her in his arms and still managed to miss the mark. He still managed to not be able to save her.

Speaker 1:

So she had slipped this letter into baby Joseph's breast pocket because that is a responsible 18-month-old, we all know that and it read to the effect of I love you so much. I'm so sorry this is happening. If I think today is going to go the way I think it is, I'm never going to see you again. I need you to know that I love you, love you, love you so much, and do not bury me anywhere near that God forsaken land we call Falconcrest, spread my ashes and land of our ancestors. She's on her Kilmonger, where he's like burying me in the ocean with my ancestors. She's like burying me in Italy with my ancestors. I want no part of Big Perm and her schemes. I refuse to rest in peace there. He's struggling with this because obviously it's his mom. He has listen. There's really no, there's no wrong way to grieve. He's doing what he has to do. He feels really bad about it.

Speaker 1:

And the rest of the episode basically reads a whole lot like that. Everyone is devastated. They're trying to figure out how they're going to respect her, how, like how to come to terms with this, because the person they knew was a good woman, so much, in fact that within the letter that Julia wrote to Lance, she asked at her funeral she didn't want her mama to speak. She don't want him to speak. She wants Maggie to deliver the eulogy because once upon a time, before Julia sold Maggie up the river and started shooting everybody in sight, she and Maggie were really close friends. So that's what she wants, and the rest of the episode is other people deciding if they're going to feed into that or feed into the reality of who she was at her death, which was an escapee from a mental asylum who had been transferred from a maximum security prison because she, till she, killed 2.5 people.

Speaker 1:

Anyone married can tell you that sometimes that's just the way the cookie crumbles. Communication is not always crystal clear. Sometimes you have to fight through it. Speaking of marriage and fighting through something, ie a disgust, absolute betrayal, weirdness, grossness. We got to talk about Angie and Phillip At this.

Speaker 1:

I've been wondering for at least the past three to four episodes why Angela is even entertaining this man. He has been her henchman for so long. It's weird that suddenly she would call him her equal, seems to me after watching this episode. She only wants him around because it's convenient. It's more convenient to have him married to her and living in her house, because he can still do the exact same job, but she's able to keep an eye on him. Keep your friends close and enemies closer type situation. That's what I'm perceiving, and seems to be a match made in hell, because he and Angela both noticed that Melissa's acting weirdo-spirito.

Speaker 1:

All of a sudden, lance is talking about knocking her up. She's not being in his bed. So they're like, hmm, what the heck's going on. So he has someone tell her, phillip has someone tell her and they discover Melissa's little secret that she's been sitting on. She is, quote unquote incapable of having any more children. I'm not buying that. I feel like that was a fluke, but that seems to be the case. So the now the the issue is okay. If something happens to Angela, she's already written an ironclad agreement that states that Melissa's going to inherit Falcon Crust, lockstock and Barrel when Angela dies. That was a deal for giving up baby Joseph. Ever the planner, ever the true villain. Angela clearly has a plan A, b and C. Plan B and C was that the child that Melissa and Lance bore would eventually inherit the land, thus keeping it all in the family.

Speaker 1:

Well, now on a technicality, not even a technicality. Joseph is indeed related to Angie, he's just not related to well. I guess he's related to Lance too, just not in the paternal sense. Baby Joseph is Cole's son and Cole is Angela's great nephew. So is that right? Yeah, cole is Angela's great nephew, so baby Joseph is Angela's great great nephew. He didn't come from her boy's birthday, but he is a dear birdie, blood, blood. So that's not good enough at all. So she has her new husband's last henchman. Add yet another clause to the uh, the agreement that Melissa has, basically stating that if she doesn't give Angela great grandchildren, then the contract is null and void. Blah, blah, blah. I smell a loophole, though. Great grandchildren doesn't mean great grandchildren by blood, so she can go adopt 15 kids and that's just going to have to be that. It is as legally binding as a contract that she presented to Melissa.

Speaker 1:

Back to Phillip and her being a match made in hell. Now she's at least playing along. This is my perception. You OGs know what's going on, I don't. It's my perception that she is at least playing along. She's pretending like oh, we really need love at fucking Christ Girl, bye. This is an opportunity to do the loving thing, but she's not going to do it. Oh, all this is going on because Melissa wants a divorce. Nobody wants her to divorce anyone, which is weird, because Angela totally has everything she wants. She already has the vinyards, she already has Melissa's great, she already has everything she could possibly want. So I don't really know what else she would gain from this. She wants some babies. So anyway, back to her and Phillip being a match made in hell. They're match made in hell because they're never going to be evenly yoked.

Speaker 1:

You know what I'm saying? He's always under her thumb, even now as her new husband, he's still running around doing lawyer teams because she still pays him. He's technically still on her payroll. Only now he's living in house and he's the type of house guest. He's not even a guest, but he's being treated as a house guest. Everyone is giving him the side eye. None of the children respect him, none of the grand. Nobody respects Phillip. They're just looking at him like a sugar baby, like, wow, you really tried to ruin her, even though she's evil, and yeah, you really gonna leave her. That's real cute, phillip. Okay, you're not step-grandpa, you're not pat pat, you're not pop-all, you're gonna be the replacement guy, mr Angela. All right, let's get down to Richie.

Speaker 1:

Rich Now. He was going to go abroad period, because he is still pouring all of his resources, all of his time, into looking for Pamela Lynch, his boo, his one and only true love. All of a sudden Telling you these gangsters and monsters growing a conscience is a little disturbing, but I don't mind it so much in this case because it moves the story around a little bit. Her being not there gives her an entirely new storyline, so who knows what sort of folly and foul play she might have fallen into? Who knows? All we know is that she's not there and he wants to find her now.

Speaker 1:

For whatever reason, he and the cartel are going back and forth Now. They don't really have the ammo to attack him like they want to, because if they did, they would have done something. Remember, he blew up their car with the same dynamite they were going to blow up his racetrack with. So it's all fair and love and war. You almost killed me and my brother. I blew up your car. I feel like we're pretty square.

Speaker 1:

Please tell me where Miss Lynch is. It doesn't matter, because he's got a PI on it and the PI feels like yeah, I think you were right, richie, I think she might actually be in Paris. So he's like cool, I gotta bury my sister anyway. So I'll probably just like swing by Paris. I don't know how far Italy is from Paris, a non-disclosed location in Italy. The mountains, I remember right, there's a lot of mountains in Italy. But anyway, he'll figure it out, because he's that dude. You know why he's that dude? Because he's worked hard. Nepotism, baby, nepo, baby. Who cares about that? He's a ruthless, cunning businessman. He knows what he's doing and he has a jet and he's got lots of fuel.

Speaker 1:

Now this is where the story gets a little bit interesting to me. I don't know if I'm pouring into this a little bit too much, but I can't help it. I can see attraction on a screen like nobody's business. So Richard is, of course. This is earlier in the episode. He comes by the castle and he's visiting with Maggie because she has to take it easy because of her brain tumor, laser, cryogenic, frozen, microscopic surgery. She's on the men because of Michael Gabriel, but go ahead. But Richard is chatting with her about this and he's like yeah, you know, it's my sister. Blah, blah, blah. They're just having a moment.

Speaker 1:

Chase comes in and Maggie's like hey, guess what Richie says we can take his private jet, we don't have to charge her a plane, we can just take Richie's private jet. Well, chase, you know, he's got that new money. Never mind the fact that he gave away $50 million, but he's still, he's got $25 million of his own. He's like well, I can run a plane, I can do that. It becomes a you know what swinging contest. Let's just walk in six swinging contest. You know what I'm saying. Richard's like you know, I got a PJ and I can accommodate the entire family. And then some chase is like well, well, I'm a pilot, so, yeah, let me go check out this bird. They have this, whatever. So Richard's flashing his money and his walking stick and Chase is doing the same thing. He's flashing his money, his walking stick and his pilot's license.

Speaker 1:

So they go to the hangar and they check out the plane. And you know color, chase, say what you will. He's a former pilot, so he's got a soft spot between the planes. He's like hey, it's pretty sweet, looks good, bro. They go around it, they check everything, every nook and cranny. Everything looks stellar. Cool, we're going to leave tomorrow morning, we'll assemble the family and we'll, we'll get on that bird Right. Well, as soon as they leave, mr Murdery, the bald guy from the cartel, comes in and he starts tinkering and tinkering with the plane, pulling out things whatever he thinks is important. He's like out with that metal part, out with it Program, boom, it's gone. So he does his dirt in the midst of all these other people. Mind you, all he has is a toolbox, but he manages to do enough damage.

Speaker 1:

So right before they're getting on the plane, let's go back to Shania, linda and Cole. They're in a disagreement of sorts. Melissa offered to keep baby Joseph while they go over to this funeral. She has no intention of going over. This woman shot her father. She kidnapped her kids. She'll be damned if she goes to Julius' funerals, which only seems fairer Right Now.

Speaker 1:

Shania Linda now she don't like her, but she's like Melissa's making a lot of sense. We know good and well she's not going to run away with them. She's not going to hurt him. He's going to be in good hands. Let's let her take him and then maybe we can spend a few days in Italy seeing the sites. Let's make the most of this trip. As newly as he gets all offended. No, joseph needs to be with us. Joseph needs to be with us. He's picking fights with her because he wants to pick a fight with her. Do you understand? He wants there to be an issue.

Speaker 1:

So Melissa sees this ever-the-calculating, cunning, demivillian, baby villain, bad girl club member. She sees an opportunity and she makes the most of that. She steps back and she educates herself on the situation. She's like, hmm, clearly there's trouble in paradise. It ain't over. Just Joseph. Shania needs his attention. So if I can make sure that Cole doesn't give her that attention by the boom, I'm back in there like swimwear. It'll be official, like the referee whistle, all the other puns I can think of at the moment. Right? So Melissa goes back home and she patiently awaits. You know she respects Cole. She's doing a really, really great job of she's not starting any fights. She's not picking on Shania, linda, she's not interrupting their family. She's being very respectful. She's doing all the things. She's making herself look like a capable, perfectly rational, perfectly like the perfect co-parenting parent.

Speaker 1:

Once everyone has assembled on the plane, everybody's sitting down. You got Mikey, my cousin Michael and Aunt Teri. You got Angie and Phillip. You got Emma and Lance. Lance Society's gonna go after all. You got Richie. You have Chase, the aviator, and doneness, at the helm, with another co-pilot. Everyone's in tow Cole, shania, linda and baby Joes.

Speaker 1:

When suddenly one of the stewardess comes over and she's like hey, you got a call, cole. Well, it's from the vineyard. Hey, something about that champagne. All of a sudden the bottles are blowing up. I don't know what to do. So Cole's like oh man, man, man, I'm going to get off the plane. So he decides to get off the plane and Shania Linda's like well, don't, why can't you just? I mean, why can't we all go? Do you want us to stay with you? He's like no, no, no, no, just stay here. I'll catch the first thing out tomorrow morning. No big deal, I'm still making in time. So she doesn't think it's a good idea. She's like are you sure? Like we can really just stay, it's not that big a deal. He's like no, just, he's picked another fight with her. So he gets off the plane and what we see is that Melissa has made herself over to the, made her way over to the tasting room and she's paid one of the workers to call him and tell him that. So now the workers like well, they're not blowing up. What do I do? It's like break bottles, don't be dumb, come on Whatever.

Speaker 1:

Right as Cole comes in to examine all of this, melissa just happens to show up. She's like hey, I just want to let you know that I'm, you guys are doing such a great job and I'm actually leaving Falconcrest tomorrow, so why don't we grab a bite to eat? And he, he mulls it over. But you can tell, I'm certain now he definitely is still sweet on her. He's thinking about it. You know. She's shown herself to be the woman he wanted her to be, cause, mind you, Melissa Mellymell has always been the bad girl. She's never denied who she was. He just wanted to see something else. But now he's seen the woman she wants.

Speaker 1:

And at first he says no and she goes. Well, I mean, it's no big deal, I'm going to go back to my dad's place. I know it'll be weird at first, but I'm sure I'll get over it. I don't want to do anything fancy. Why don't we just go to that like that little diner at the hotel? It's no big deal, we can just go there. So he's like okay, cool, he agrees, they go to dinner. Everything seems fine. After the fact, he is a gentleman after all. He's not going to go back to his house.

Speaker 1:

He walks her up to the front porch at Falcon Crest and they, you know, exchange a moment and then they have a kiss, not just a love you, thanks for being your great dad. It's like a, it's a full on kiss. It's like I don't know if I had to count like eight seconds head spinning or whatever. Anytime you kiss and you twist and turn your head, you got problems. So that happens. She opens a door inviting him in Done. Look like he walks in back on the plane. Everything seems fine at first. They're flying blah, blah, blah. Richard and Lance have a little exchange. Richard invites him over because okay.

Speaker 1:

So, richard, remember how he did not get the money from the bank, the $30 million he needed to build a racetrack. He didn't get it from the cartel either. He got the money because he sold a lot of his stocks or a lot of his shares in the globe. Well, part of Julia's inheritance to Lance. She left him in a will, she left him her shares, and so now that puts Lance, he has a majority. I don't think he has as much or more than Richard. Forgive me, I was halfway paying. I don't know. I don't understand.

Speaker 1:

But Richard is not the same dude he was. He does not own as much of the globe as he used to. So it would appear that him being the business savvy man that he is, he sees that Lance. He knows the situation with Lance because now he has Julia's shares Not as much storage, but he still has Julia's shares. He knows Lance could be a problem. He sees how he moves. He is Andrew's grandson, he is ruthless. It could be an issue if things don't work out the way they need to. I think Richard sees a little bit of himself in him.

Speaker 1:

So he's he jumps out and he's like let me go ahead and get in front of this. He reaches out to Lance, offers him a drink and says hey, why don't you come work at the globe? I'll give you an upper management position. It'll be awesome. And Lance is like oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, you're probably just afraid I'm going to take over. And Richard's like not really, I'm going to buy back my shares. I'm not really worried about it. But I think you're kind of in a rocking hard place. You can't really work for Philip or your grandma. At this point Lance is like yeah, I guess you're great. Yeah, I'll take you up on that offer. So business deal is made, glasses are clean, wine or whatever is pouring.

Speaker 1:

But suddenly, oh wow, the ride gets a little bit turbulent, starts rocking and shaking and whatnot. So Chase is looking around. He's like, oh, very calmly, because he is the aviator, donna's, he's, one of the engines has failed. Couple minutes later, a little bit more turbulence. They're jerking around the kind of look like popcorn in the bag. Oh, another engine has failed. Now at this point he's like wait a minute, that's highly improbable, I think, sir. I think we have been sabotaged, someone is trying to destroy us. So that's the last thing we see the plane shaking and jerking and whatever.

Speaker 1:

And baby Joseph is lying down. It just still freaks me out a little bit. There's no, there's no car seats, but I guess there's not in an airplane either. But he's lying down and he wakes up and he's, of course he's throwing a fit because he wants his mommy. This kid is the deniro of the show. Do you hear me? Chef's Kiss is acting 18 months. So shimmy, shimmy, shake, shake, shimmy, shimmy, shake, shake. The plane is going down and, as you know, that is the end of season three. Well played, well written and well worth the wait. We started off this season with a murder slash 1.5 murders. Chase was almost murdered but he made a full, harrowing recovery and we ended with a plane spiraling to the ground somewhere over Kansas or something. This is super interesting.

Speaker 1:

I always wonder, when things like this happen on a show, if it's because they are negotiating contracts, so anybody who doesn't want to play ball or anyone who wants an out okay, this is it Plane going down over Omaha, let's see what happens. I'm assuming it's the Midwest. I mean, they weren't in there very long. Hopefully it's the Midwest, not like the Atlantic Ocean. That would suck. But considering there's nine seasons and we only completed season three, I'm going to venture they probably are somewhere over the Midwest or the desert. That would be really good. Yeah, that makes a lot of sense if they're flying, like over Nevada. I don't. Yeah, I guess you would fly that way. Which way would you fly to go to Italy? Would you fly west or east? Seems like a super, super long way either way, but I trust they know what they're doing because Chase is a pilot. The aviator of Donis has done this. That's what he does. I think he was also an astronaut or something. I could be making that part up.

Speaker 1:

Anyway, excellent start to the season finale for season three. Join me next time. I think we're going to jump into dynasty. I did jump on dynasty a little bit early. I have another announcement. Erica has agreed to join me again. We are going to go through the oh y'all. I can't wait. I can't wait. Watch the finale and then she's going to be on the premiere of dynasty when that airs. So buckle up, buttercup. This is another one that is really, really good. I cannot complain about any of the finales. All of them have been stellar and really exciting. I also can't wait to give you the hotter survive a fantastic season three, because that maybe we can cut and paste. I think we can make our own spin off. All right, that's enough of me jaw jacking y'all. Get back to what you're doing. You be kind to yourself, because you deserve it. Stay hydrated, stay moisturized, mind your own business and keep all of your drama on TV.
